Rumy reviews

Straight answer: Rumy is early, and we don't have public reviews to show you yet. We'd rather tell you that than pad this page with testimonials from our mums.

What we do have is a review system built into the product — between housemates, about the thing that actually matters: what someone is like to live with. Reviews are private to the people involved today. When members can consent to sharing theirs publicly, the real ones will appear on this page, verbatim.

How Rumy's review system works

Match-gated. You can only review someone you've actually matched and interacted with — no drive-by reviews from strangers.

Double-blind. Neither side sees the other's review until both have submitted (or a 14-day window lapses). Nobody can retaliate against honest feedback.

Behavioural axes only. Cleanliness, communication, respect, reliability, friendliness — scored 1 to 5. Never demographics; express, don't filter.

Reputation-weighted. A reviewer's influence grows slowly with their own track record, so one grudge can't sink a profile.
